Structured Gold Beaded Waist Dress
Brand Embers / Cinders
Here we have a fab sequin and beaded goddess gown from the 60's in a maxi length.
Dress is a sunny shade of marigold, i.e. a yellow with tones of orange.
Dress is a sleeveless tent style with a boatneck collar in the front and an open squared off back.
Dress has a flattering empire waist and hand beaded band that extends from the sides and around to the back of the dress.
This beautiful banding features gold seed beads, shaped into loops (adds a nice texture), wispy golden leaves, and rhinestones in shades of pink, orange, light green and light blue.
Tent style to the dress, it floats away from the body in the skirt and is full to the floor.
Dress is fully lined and appears to be made out of a heavy silk with a horizontal slub.
There is no material tag to confirm this, just the ILGWU and custom order tag for the gown on it's interior.
Metal back zipper.
