Black Velvet and Sequin Swing Coat
Brand Embers /Cinders
Who says overcoats have to be boring? Rendered in solids and neutrals? While a good, neutral-colored coat is a handy and go-to garment staple, this shimmering number brings a little zazz and sparkle to the scene.
Here we have a soft velvet swing coat in deep, inky black, with shimmering silver sequin stripes on the neck and sleeves.
The coat has a high mock neck collar, with flat back silver sequins and two semi-hidden hook and eye closures at the neck front.
The coat flares out into a classic swing coat cut, with wide, boxy sleeves in 3/4 length. Should you choose to wear an abundance of bracelets or an embellished sleeve layered beneath it, this is the coat to show it off with.
The sleeves also feature wide bands of silver, sparkling sequins.
The coat is fully lined and worn partially open, as the only two closures are the hook and eyes at the neck.
